Pata's BBQ and Wings LLC, was started by 2 brothers who wanted to share the taste of BBQ and Wings to other taste buds. Their first thoughts were to open a brick and morter. Just weeks before opening day, one of the brothers had a stroke. Even though the opening day had to be pushed back, there wasn't anything that would hold them back. After operating in the first building for 2 years, the owner had sold the building. Leaving Pata's BBQ and Wings LLC, to find a new location. Pata's BBQ and WIngs LLC would find a new location. Only months before opening in their new location, that building was sold, leaving Pata's BBQ and Wings LLC, to find a new location. Due to the Covid epidemic and the bad luck with finding a place, Pata's BBQ and Wings LLC. decided to move into a food truck.
